ARABS born of a Palestinian
FATHER
The Palestine CHARACTERISTIC
is TRANSMITTED from
PARENTS
to children

JEWS
who had resided in Palestine
UNTIL the BEGINNING of the
ZIONIST
invasion (Aliyah 1882) will
be considered Palestinians

The LIBERATION of Palestine
AIMS at the
ELIMINATION
of ZIONISM
and requires ALL States
to consider ZIONISM
illegitimate and
to OUTLAW
its EXISTENCE

The Balfour Declaration
The Mandate and Partition
of Palestine are illegal
And deemed
NULL and VOID

The Palestine Liberation
Organization is responsible
For the struggle and will
perform its ROLE in the
realization of the
GOALS
of this Charter

This COVENANT shall
NOT BE AMENDED
